its an factual situation in which though under section 2 of CPC indian courts have the jurisdiction to decide a case by under a special leave to appeal to the supreme court the appellants who are actually a company established in uk raise a contention that the indian courts should not exercise its jurisdiction even if it exists as a matter of law.

vague querry,NO COURT CAN REFUSE TO ACT AND EXERCISE JURISDICTION VESTED IN IT.IF DOES SO THE ORDER OF REFUSAL CAN BE REVISED BY REVISIONAL COURT .
