Our Co-op Hsg Scty has resolved in our AGM that our CHS will contribute some amount to our colony's Social and Cultural Association. The payment will be by cheque. This resolution was unanimously approved by the members present in the AGM. Earlier, member's,as per their choice and wish, were giving contribution or skipping. Henceforth the CHS will issue a single cheque on behalf of all memebers of the CHS.Is this a violation of any model bye laws of CHS act?Though the amount is very less some absent members are not happy about this resolution.

No Sir. This issue was raised under " Other matters with the permission of chair". There were 14 out of 20 members present and this resolution was unanimously approved.
