Conversion of religion and change of name in certificates

i am living in Telangana state, my got inter religious marriage my mother is a Hindu and my father was a Muslim.Now I want to change religion and name.as per my academic certificates my name is Muslim name my religion is Muslim.I've some doubts after the change of religion and name in arya samaj they will issue a conversion certificate.is this good enough to change my name aadhar card,PAN card etc..By using this conversion certificate can i change my name and religion in academic certificates?,is this conversion certificate good enough or should need to get gazzettes regarding religion and name change?

You are at liberty to change religion as per the customs of that religion. The Change of religion has to be notified, So that you can change it in all Legal documents etc. After Changing Religion as per the Customs, it need to be notified in Government Gazette.
