Seeking to Inetrn as a first year lawstudent

Dear Sir / Madam ,
Last month I finished my second semester in Law and am now having my summer vacations . During this time period of two and a half months I wanted to do an internship . I do not know what kind of internship I should do at this stage because having studied law for a mare year I have knowledge of only a few topics that also only in Law Of Contract . Please suggest where I should work , how I should apply and what work I will have to do in my Internship . I also wanted to know what
all skills I need to have in order to Intern as a First year student .

well Ridhima in my opinion, there is a time for internship.
at this stage my advice is do the following things:-
1. sharpen ur knowledge on constitutional law.
2. sharpen ur skills on language.
3. make a habit of reading the latest judgments regularly.
4. make short notes of the important judgments.
5. involve urself in social activities, may not be political but good enough to give u look of the society.
6. plan ur target like judiciary or practice or civil services...its a high time where u can find ur direction to work upon.
