Partition demanded by grandson

In a Case --- 'A' having 3 sons, in the yr 1998 one sons seperated one son 'B' at that time 'A' give him field properties and the patition deed is executed in between 'A' and that son 'B'.
Now 'A' and his rest of the tow sons demolished that house property and built a class one commerial complex. and partitioned the shops amongst the children of those two sons equally.
In such event whether the son of the 'B' or 'B' himself filed suit for partition in the rest of the property.

whehter by Regd Partition deed B ( in 1998 ) Released all his joint Rights on the remaining Joint Properties while B-gettign his exclussive share in the year 1998 , if it yes , after partition/Separation in the year 1998, B and his sons have no rights on the Urban proerty/remaining properties on which B released all his rights in the year 1998 in favour of toehr share holders - at the tiem of his Separation / partion !

Mr. Rao is right. once B has relinqueshed all his rights in the property then later on he or his succesors can not claim share in the same property.because his share has already been givn to him so he doesnt have any right in the property
