I did a ikraraname for a land in bijnor area. During this i paid 2% stamp charges for land and taken 6 months time for registration.
I want to know follwing:
1) What is the meaning of ikraranam here? Is it very strong legal document?
2) I have mentioned 6 months timeline to pay entire amount and i have plan to get the registration done with in 6 months. I want to know- Is it possible that seller can ignore the ikrararnama and can ask to break this land agreemnet after paying some amount to me.
3) Is this the document which can not be broken by seller till buyer does not pay money within defined timiline?
4) I am sure i will pay required amount within 6 months and do not want any kind of canceallation from seller for any reason. Is it possible with Ikraranam?

Ikrarnama is nothing but a contract.
