I've recently completed LL.B with 61% from CCS University. Pls advice whether I should go for LL.M from Annamalai University, as DU admissions r over and evening classes in ILI, delhi are quite expensive at Rs32k p.a. Moreover, if I opt for LLm this year it will save my year and I'm also not sure abt whether DU offers LLM thru evening classes.
So the choice is only Annamalai which offers 2 choices:
i) Contracts & mercantile law
ii) Labour laws & administrative law.
whether it is beneficial to go for LLM?
& if yes then which stream I'ld opt for?
I'm of 37 with PG in Personeel Mgt and Industrial Relations & already into service and wish to switch to either LPOs or practicing.
Whether I can compete for any judiciary exams or any other posts announced by Ministry of Law?
Pls advice

I appreciate your enthusiasm in doing LLM. But you dont require an LLM to get into LPO or to practice law.
Already you are into service, then why are your switching over to LPO or practising law. Please note that both (working in LPO or practising law) will be very tougher than your present job.
If you wish to pursue LLM you can pursue it in annamalai university, but it is a 3 (three) years course.

LL.M in correspondance from Kurukshetra University is two yrs cours and they provide study material for Commercial Law only.
if u can afford to do it from ILI then nothing like that.
LL.M-Judicials-LPO all are different directions....choose one dont be ambiguous in ur approach.

In addition to the above information, you may also do LL.M. from Pune University which provide 2 years distance course. But you have to appear for examination at either Pune or Nashik centre.
