Parkash Ji, pls tell us what exactly u intend to know, whether u want to c the status of a case or intend to know the procedure.

better will be if u mention the actual facts beacuse, procedural concepts can not be dictated they are to be followed as according to the facts.

For complete answer one has to refer so many provisions of civil procedure code (and Cr.P.C. for criminal matters)+ rules of concerned high court + special acts in special cases.
Swami Sadashiva Brahmendra Sar (Expert) 28 August 2009
Pls add Arts 226, 227 and 228 of constitution of India also.
Kiran Kumar (Expert) 28 August 2009
Parkash Ji, Dr. Tripathi has correctly observed that to know the exact procedure various provisions of law have to be referred.

it will not be easy to discuss the whole procedure here, better take a look at the procedural laws of India and further each and every high court has its own Rules and Regulations.

so all is a matter of practical experience which comes with the practice as a lawyer and application of practical skills depend upon the facts of the case.

I agree with all above views. One has to use his skill to gather knowledge on legal practice and procedure.

As per the details of Mr. Maru that, "i am practicing in jmnagar court gujarat since 1999 civil criminal and revenue and consumer cases i passed two time written examination of judicial magistrate first class i also passed assistant public prosecutor written exam i am university ranker in the spl llb and college first i also apper in high court

i also do the work of translalation from english language into gujarati and from gujarati language".

I think one has known all the things but wants a shortcut in Advocacy which is specifically not available in this profession.

though it looks very short, Dr. V. N. Tripathi has given the remedy in detail.
