How to Dissolve HUF

I have a person in my connection. He want to surrender/Disolve his HUF due to financial/personal reasons. So can you explain me if there is any specific method for disolving of HUF or How to disolve HUF.

HUF can be dissolved on partition of the properties held by it to its coparceners.

HUF is dissolved only on the partition of property between the members. Please note partly partition of HUF is not approved under this ACT, Partition means full partition. Draw up a deed of family partition and register the document.
