resignation without proper channel

i was in private college since last 3 yrs , first two years i was on probation, in 3rd year they will start deducting my PF and give increment to me, but no written agrement between me and college, my post is also not confirmed from university,now i informed the college about my resignation with posted letter, no 3 month notice no salary i have given and joined the other college, now what the previous college have done over this,is there any case filed against me , the principle is following me by sending letters in my new college, as i have said them to deduct my three month salary from my aerriers of new pay scale, what they r not ready for this, please help meriven

Because there is no written agreement between you and college authorities. Without written agreement, the terms are not clear hence your leaving job without submitting 3 months notice is not a bar and you cannot be penalized for that. You have no need to deposit 3 months salary equivalent to your 3 month salary out of your arrears as offered by you. Even if you have offered, then nothing can be done and matter ends. The management of earlier college can do nothing against you. be happy.riven

i agree with Mr. Makkad.
its a matter of common prudence when there was no written contract then how can this private body compel u to deposit 3 months salary.
if they have filed any case against u then it is not maintainable in the absence of any terms and conditions.
if the pvt. college is harrasing u then send them a legal notice through ur counsel, they will be snubbed.riven
