Plz tell me Essential commodities Act is bailable or nonb-bailable in Haryana presently as i have heard now as per latest amendment it is bailable now.Thanxriven

Vonod Ji,

All sections of essential commodities Act have not been made bailable in Haryana,hoever, some of the offences which earlier were non-bailable have now been made bailable vide state amendment.riven
