This query is : Resolved
How can I get a list of HC/SC judgments for a particular topic? For example I am keen on accessing the judgments passed by Delhi HC/SC pertaining to the matters Complainant vs BSES Rajdhani/Yamuna Ltd.
Also can a particular remark, quoted by HC/SC while delivering a judgement, be presented as a precedent in the relevant matters?

There are many such dedicates software where you can choose citation on a particular topic.

Every high court has its separate website which also contain its judgments. so search the desired judgments therefrom.

With due respect to both of the learned experts, if you carefully dedicate only 15 seconds to my query, it is but obvious that I have clearly mentioned Delhi HC.
And as suggested above, I have run through the Delhi HC website thoroughly, but there is no way out to filter the judgement in the format I desire.

The above-mentioned website literally wants me to search using Case#/Judge/Judgement date/Party/Advocate/Petitioner. Only after having exhausted all the options on the website, I have come here to seek relevant and significant help. So, is it possible to get it in the desired format?

Dear Nishant
if you want to get these type of judgments, you should purchase Manupatra, law pack, universal or many more paid judgments service provider.

Really speaking, we do not provide here the desired judgments. This is a policy matter otherwise the nature of the site shall entirely change. A flood of demand of judgments from all over India from lawyers and litigants shall come and it shall be difficult for a charity expert like us to cope up with that demand.
We have very limited time for charity purpose.

I don't know why but Raj Kumar Sir, you seem to have very serious comprehension issues. Where exactly do you think I asked you or any other learned expert here, to GIVE or PROVIDE me the judgement?
You seem to have developed this knack for overlooking the details of a particular query and you go on providing your preconceived set of explanations. By doing that, the very purpose of this portal, which I suppose is to provide GUIDANCE, is defeated. It seems irrespective of what the query is, you are bound to answer what you have to. All I asked was for the information on how can I get a reference material for my query. It would have been a fruitful charity/guidance if you would have told me how to get it, then be it in the form of a book, as one Mr. Nadeem mentioned above or any annual publication. I never outsourced my part of efforts or endurance to you.
Charity does never mean to show someone a wrong path or leave him in a lurch. I hope you are here to relieve the needy people of their dilemma. I would very humbly put a suggestion to you in the form of a request, whatever little time you dedicate to do your part of charity, please make sure that it is done with utter devotion as a pure form of charity. Please do it from your heart, not from your stature.
Thanks for the Charity!

Dear Mr Nishant
Please do not give your kind advice here.
You were advised to buy such software but you seemed to have other idea.

Dear Learned expert Mr. Devajyoti Sir,
I don't know what you see but can read this portal's motto very clearly which is "Interactive platform for Lawyers and Indian Public".
Now, you are telling me to shut up because I raised an objection against the misguiding advice and put forth my humble suggestion. If this portal endorses your view that I am not allowed to give my "kind advice" here then I think this point should be included in "Terms & Conditions" when we register ourselves on this portal.
Coming to your advice, I asked two very precise questions, and both were unanswered. Which one did you answer, Sir?
I was rather given a concise lecture on how charity works.
Your advice, I quote, "There are many such dedicates software where you can choose citation on a particular topic."
Where is the solution in this? Is there a name to such software because neither I am a Law student nor do I practice in a court of law. Do I go to a shop, a mall, a petrol pump, an ATM or online to get such software? Is there any example of such software? Even if I Google it, do I write, "software where we can choose citation on a particular topic as recommended by Devajyoti Barman". If yes, then Thank you very much for THIS advice, indeed.
Like I already said earlier, with your preconceived notion you were pretty quick on coming to the conclusion that "I have other ideas" but you could not see the obvious two precise questions that I made in this query. What a disappointment you bring to me!
P.S.: My questions still remain unanswered.
