sir what share a muslim widower has to give to new wife on remarriage on his passing away in sunni law

As per Islamic law of succession, a muslim can give only 1/3rd of his assets by will to any one he wants. The balance 2/3rds will go to the sharers which includes his widow who may be his second wife.
