I am working in ICAR under Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Govt. of India as a permanent employee with GP 2800/- , Now I am selected for Agriculture Officer by RPSC direct recruiment in Rajasthan govt with GP 5400/-

I Wish to apply for pay protection in rajasthan govt

Kindly anyone tell me about rajasthan govt rule for pay protection or what will the procedure there of for pay protection

You are going on a higher scale the3 pay will be fixed as in case of promotion.

Was it a precondition for the employee candidate(s) already working should forward their application through proper channel?
Did you apply through proper channel after taking permission of your (present) employer?
If so, it would be protected.

Your pay would be protected if your relief is considered as technical resignation. However, there may not be any necessity as, from the facts stated, the new post is of much higher pay scale.
