IF FATHER GIVES POWER OF ATTORNEY TO HIS SON OF HIS PROPERTY , WHO WILL HAVE LEGAL RIGHT TO SELL THE PROPERTY ?

The specific clause of the power of attorney towards the rights to sell a particular property need to be seen if the son wants to sell the property. And if the father wants to sell the property then he can revoke the executed power of attorney and sale the property by himself.
