What happens to the validity of a Khewat after Khewat owner dies and can the mutation of property happen in the name of beneficiaries of the registered Will of dead khewat owner?

Yes, after death of Khewat based on his will the beneficiaries of will occupy Khewat land by virtue of getting their names mutated in revenue records based on the Khewat's will and death certificate of Khewat and legal heir certificate from Tehsil office.

Beneficiaries would be owners and Khewat would show the position accordingly

I respectfully disagree with expert advise of Ms. Usha Kapoor as the land of particular khewat was ancestral and the titleholder can not bequeath share of other shareholders in the property .
Mutation in the revenue record qua a particular khewat do not confer title of the land and the mutation sanctioned require to be challenged.
