You raise electricity bill problem also in the lower court where title suit is pending. You disconnect the electric connection of your brother so that he comes round to his knees and allows you to share his electric connection. You give him a taste of his own medicine.

Consequent upon registration of gift deed title of the property is transferred in your name, your brother do not enjoy any right, interest, claim or title of property.
It is your wish that will prevail over your brother i.e., whether you may or may not allow your brother to have electricity or not. Submit an application to electricity board/authority to change billing name/pattern in your name discontinuing his name/power. Before disconnection, issue him warning/ notice for making alternate arrangement.

Actually I read in some forum that landlord can't discontinued esencital services like water supply and electricity , if landlord doing these it's considerd as an illegal offense , and opposite party can take legal action on landlord that's why I am asking u respect experts.

You had read the Right and Legal Message and appreciated. No Land lord can disconnect the power Supply of the Tenant and it would be an offence the Law also permits the Tenant to get a power supply in his name itself submitting certain undertaking forms with proof of his residence.

Serve a Legal Notice to your brother to pay his share of Electricity bill or to apply for separate Connection from Electricity Board giving him sufficient time.once the time exceeds you could disconnect it with the guidance of your local advocate and with proper information to the Electricity Board and Local Police.Discuss with your Advocate

Have the brother sub meter? If yes if they do not pay the bill send clear notice that if bill is not paid supply would be disrupted.
Or send them notice to vacate the premises as they are not paying the electric bill and you want the premises vacated otherwise.
