whether bce caste certificate is applied in central govt job

Sir,
I have a bc e caste certificate given by mee seva from andhrapradesh state govt 2013. Can we keep this in central govt job interview as a OBC QUOTA.OR DO I NEED ANOTHER KIND OF CERTIFICATE?? I HAVE AN INTERVIEW IN 20 DAYS SIR AND IM CONFUSED ABOUT THIS.

You are recognized as OBC in state list. If you find the relevant caste in central Government list then you can attend the Interview with greater gusto. If your OBC caste status is not there in the Central list you'd have to attend the interview without the OBC caste tag.

Your certificate is valid in state, also if caste is in central list it is valid. To avail benefit of OBC, NCL (non creamy layer) certificate has to be taken afresh.
