Court marriage thereafter marriage as per rituals

Dear all professionals ,

can a person get married in court (in presence of parents of both sides) and thereafter get married the next day as per our culture??

There is no provision of court marriage in India, registered marriage is publicly called as court marriage. There is no restriction to customs and rites marriage after marriage registration, but parties will be concerned and governed by the Special Marriage Act. 1954

@SUDHIR SIR, WE HAVE NOT MARRIED YET BUT PLANNING TO MARRIED . FOR THAT I WAS CONCERNED AND FOR FUTURE PLANNING PURPOSE I HAVE ASKED THE QUERY.
FURTHER IF YOU REMEMBER MY EARLIER QUERY "BAD NEIGHBOURS". DUE TO DIFFICULTIES FACED BY ME AND MY GF WE HAVE DECIDED TO GET MARRIED WITH CONSENT AND WILLINGNESS OF OUR PARENTS BY YEAR END OR NEXT YEAR BEGINNING .
