Since they are bailable offences with the permission of the court you can travel abroad unless it is for a long period during which time you may be issued bailable and non bailable warrants against you by the court for your immediate presence in the court.

The author may apply to the Court through his counsel to visit abroad, there is no impediment and it shall be allowed if presented well.
Is it fair on the part of an impersonating expert to reproduce bare act in response to specific query? If the so-called expert is so keen to impart coaching may join some institute/college/training centre except providing irrelevant training to needy litigant(s). The author want solution of his problem and not to gain legal knowledge.
