Can anyone provide me the Gif deed format for transfer of share in Demat to a family member without consideration

first of all this forum does not supply drafts

then even if you want someone to draft a deed you have to give him facts.

Your statement indicates that you are new to the stock trading.
If you want to transfer Demat shares from one account to other (Personal /stranger/ to sell in market) then you need to fill the specific form which DP provides give to DP and it get transferred , and that shares become of that account holder and not yours.

There is no need for making gift deed
