Reliving Letter

Dear Sir,

My employer has given a wrong last working date on my reliving letter which overlaps the date of joining of the next company.I have requested them many times for correction but they are not providing.please help what I can do in this scenario.

If it wa snot intentional you can contact in person to correct the mistake.

No legal help possible, except by your last employer to rectify the administrative mistake, if really that could be.

You tell your new department about the mistake of your previous department and they.may consider sympathetically giving you extension of joining time for a day.
