I am a government servant.... Having a advocate husband who is greedy, dependant, selfish, lazy with a lots of extra marital affairs..... Want to kill me for death r pensionary benefits. He blame me as character less and demanding me to file divorce..... As an advocate he is aware of acts and cool..... How to get rid of him safely..... Pls guide.

if you've parents/brother/sister/close friend stay with them for sometime till you file divorce petition and obtain divorce.you first try filing Mutual consent divorce if your husband consents to it and the court may grant it within 6 months. Else you file contested divorce on the ground of mental cruelty and if he is indulging in domestic violence etc file a case of cruelty against your husband.If you've grown up well settled children you can stay with them as well till divorce proceedings come to an end.You can ask for decent alimony. You can file DV case as well.

Are you sure your description of your problem is not quite exaggerated? In fact, your problem smells about some hypothesis. However, even if true to some extent, even your brief description seems to be quite over exaggerated.
Anyhow, even if some solution is suggested to your problem against your lawyer husband by the experts here, are you sure you would be able to implement that without hiring service of another lawyer?
Further, even if you hire services of another lawyer against your lawyer husband, what is the guarantee that he or she would render you honest and impartial service?
Still further, when you very well know, your lawyer husband has lots of extra marital affairs, why not take help of some women NGO?
Otherwise, you may better discuss your problem in detail with some local lady lawyer, as any casual nature of discussion may not help you get appropriate solution at this site.

He is asking to file divorce. Try for amicable settlement and try for Mutual consent divorce.
Discuss in detail with some senior lawyer.

Thank u usha ji..... In family issues a govt servant/ a working cannot take fast steps like a house wife..... The moves impacts workplace as well. That is the main weak point for which woman like me r bearing with the husbands. The problem which I portrayed is not a exaggerated one... It is a brief detail posted for understanding... Is an Amicable settlement is possible when he triggered my job and money??? Women NGO are unaware of law.... They take up cases of harassment in work places. Thank u dhingra sir.

If he wants you to initiate divorce then he might have on back of his mind to avoid maintenance…
If you also want to separate by divorce then prefer MCD as already suggested by Mr. Rajendra K Goyal.
Discuss across the table and liberate from such good for nothing marital bond.
