Regularization of adhoc employment & payment of unpaid salar

In Aug 2014 SAIL CD Management had provided me adhoc employment with few others against land by issuing letters & promised to regularize the same once the adhoc period is passed.but after passing more than 03 years of long tenure.the condition of mine is still remains constant in respect of regularization. In addition to this this is also aware you they did not paid a single month salary from the beginning of this employment to till date.Pl.help me out.

If you come within the definition of worker you can file a case inlabor court alleging all the unfairtrade practice of your employer and their victimization ogf you. (f you do not fall under workers category you can file a case in civil court or consumer court for declaratio of right to your -/regularization of post with all cosequential benefits such as leave, paid leave., fexible working hoursl, reguplar payment of salary, OT, payment of arrears ofsalary,,LTC,PF, GRATUITY ETC. bEFORE FILING THE CASE IDSSUE A
15 DAYS LEGAL NOTICE TO YOUR EMPLOYER .iF NO REPLY OR NO SATISFACTORYREPLY IS GOT YOU CAN PROCED TO FILE A CASE IN APPROPRIATE COURT OF LAW.

Sir i am not lying this is true that i am without a single rupee from he begaining of this employment to till date & sir i am writing to u for justice not for wasting times of your & mine.

Mam i am not be able to go to the court of law because right now i am not in position for doing this due to the lack of money. I am fully frustrated & depressed i am not tying to understand that what to do. In connection to my regularization & payment of unpaid salaries of past 03+ years i had written to top level managements of SAIL as well as Steel & labour ministers too.inspite of that i am miles far away from justice

Approach the legal AID PANEL OF ADVOCATES WHO TAKE NO FEE OR CHARGRE NOMINAL FEE FOR DOING YOUR CASE ATTACHED TO EVERY dISTRICT COURT SO ONE OF THE ADVOCATES IN THE ADVOCATES PANEL OF LEGAL ID COMMITTEE MAY DO YOUR CASE FREE OF COST.;

If you do not have money for legal expenses, approach district legal aid center or local nGO to assist you in legal process.
