Kindly let me know that,Registered Wills is valid for mutation entry in Nagar Parishad in a district of Bihar..?
One can Sold their property on Registered Wills Paper as Wills made by self own acquire property and registered with district registrar ....

First get the registered Will probated from the civil court, after that it will become operative and can be executed for all purposes.

iF TESTATOR IS ALIVE HE MAY REVOKE THE REGISTERED WILL ANY TIME DURING HIS LIFE TIME. sO AFTER THE TESTATOR'S DEMISE THE WILL WILL COME INTO OPERATION.. GET THE WILL PROBATED AND IT CAN BE EXECUTED F0R ANY PURPOSE. .SINCE THE REGISTERED WILL iS YOUR OWN SELF ACQUIRED PROPERTY and mutations done in your favor You CAN SAFELY SELL THE PROPERTY AT ANY TIME..

Dear Sir/Madam,
As some lawyer says probate is only for Metro City Like Mumbai,Kolkata,Chennai etc No need to go for probate in such state and district as Testator is Demise in the year 2002 after 10 day of her last registered Wills in favor of her daughter.
Kindly help me with a valid order or judgement for reference if any on above.

So the daughter is the legatee under the will of hr mother. if you get the will probated it will add genuineness or authenticity to the will..

ANY WAY YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS UNDER YOUR MOTHER'S WILL AS IT IS HER SELF ACQUIRED PROPERTY WHICH SHE MAY DISPOSE OF IN ANYBODY'S FAVOR SHE WANTS. you DON'T HAVE ANY RIGHT OF SHARE IN YOUR MOTHER'S WILL..LET HER DISPOSE OFF HER PROPERTY TO HER DAUGHTER WHO IS THE LEGATEE.

Probate of Will required in all cities in India without probate from civil court your Will is just waste paper.

For making mutation entry on the basis of registered will you have to get the probate from court after demise of person. Only after making mutation entry you can sale the property.

Have applied for mutation and whether that has been declined?
Will need not be probated if it is not challenged in all the cities.
