You can file a private complaint u/ss 279 and 337 of IPC in court and ask for private security or security guards on the ground of threat to your life from the accident causers who through their influence may further do harm to your life and get private security. Was it a hit and run case?
You can seek compensation from the owner and Driver and the 3rd party insurer etc for causing accident under the above sections of IPC.
Section279 and 337 IPc:

Section 279. Rash driving

"Whoever drives any vehicle, or rides, on any public way in a manner so rash or negligent as to endanger human life, or to be likely to cause hurt or injury to any other person, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both."

CLASSIFICATION OF OFFENCE

Punishment—Imprisonment for 6 months, or fine of 1,000 rupees, or both
The offence is Cognizable—Bailable—Triable by any Magistrate—Non-compoundable.

Another alternative is logon to the nearest police station to your house and lodge FIR. online through their website or even you can use your telephone you can register an FIR. and obtain FIR Number. Online is better as you can take printouts of FIR copies.

The need for legal support is yours, not of anyone else. The only difference will be, the law will look in to your interest if you appear in the case, but if not, the police will look in to their own interest at the cost of the accused as well as the law.

Besides, you will have to compromise with your fracture/ injuries.
