Am biding land rent for petrol bunk for lease for 20yrs whereas property standing in the name my mother but mother crossed 60 yrs according guideline of Indian oil corporation after 55 yrs not eligible bid... hence how can make proposal..

If your mother's age is more than 60 years if you've any older brother or sister whom you love or trust who are not 50 yet can bid in place of your mother including you. . Or auction of petrol Bunk can be bid in place of your mother.by you.

Your mother's Gift Deed in your name may help you much. If not her Power of Attorney in your name may help you to some extent. Otherwise, no other route to bid for and on behalf of your mother.

What anyone can do when an expert becomes demanding, as if begging something, in addition to adding numbers to the posts at credit?
Probably, she forgets, praise and appreciation for anyone is automatic not on demanding like begging. The irony is nobody likes to ask for the negative opinion of anyone for the sake of learning where he/she faulted. But, I have asked the querist to give me dislike openly, if not liked my reply. At least, I would be able to know, where I was at fault and why. But people don't try to understand that it is not likes, but learning makes anyone wise and knowledgeable. I have observed, she asked for "likes" even on her wrong and misleading advice.
