where should I file a complaint against a lawyer for coluding with opposite party and misleading me ?

First to State Bar council and then BCI depending on the seriousness of the misconduct a complaint against misconduct such as collusion with the opposite party resulting in miscarriage of justice.

If you feel you are not satisfied with your present Advocate you could always change your Advocate.

I found this lawyer is a cheat he was colluding with opposite party not only that he is leaking all the information to the opposite party he is not trustable. how will I discipline him?

You could change your Lawyer. All the facts of the case would be in the Concerned case bundle it self and the copies would have been served to the other side.What secret would be there to discuss.Once a doubt had struck your mind better change the Lawyer to your satisfaction.Even in Supreme Courts all the Very Senior Advocates are very good friends even though they contest against each other in side the Courts.

Even in yesterday's news paper Former Pakistan Cricket Captain Mr. Shahid Afridi had stated Indian Captain Mr Virat Kohli is my Best Friend in spite of boundaries. Whether it would mean that they will have understanding while playing the Matches against each other.
