The legislative interpretation of Socio economic Justice policy the court must adopt.
The Directive principles of state policy are not enforceable by courts but they are fundamentally important for governance of the country under Part-IV of the constitution of India.it is the duty of the state to enforce these principles as they are fundamental for the for governance of state. Court have to strike a balance between Fundamental rights and directive principles while interpreting them.
