Contractual employees.

(Querist) 27 April 2018 This query is : Resolved 
sir,
i m working as J.E at natrip(a registered society under ministry of heavy industries)from May 2010.Under the banner of natrip six more centres are running in different parts of india,The total employees of this six centres is 132 out of which 12 are contractual and rest are regular employees.The 12 employees are from one centres only and all are technical staff and centre is depends on this 12 contractual employees,and another 8 employees of this centre are regular and are all non technical staff ,after many prayers to Secretary,Ministries,MLA,even also the competent Authority but none is there to hear our voice,the condition of salary is so worst that office attendant,drivers are getting three to four times more than a J.E including all the benefits of central govt employees. please suggest what to do or whom to approach

HON SUPREME COURT IN SEVERAL CASES HAS UPHELD THAT CONTRACTUAL LABOR SHOULD BE PAID SALARY ON PAR WITH REGULAR EMPLOYEES AS PER CONSTITUTION BUT NO GOVT IS CARING. BETTER YOU BRING ACTION ON THE PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT CARING SC JUDGEMENTS.

Recently the Supreme court of India has given a ruling in respect of contract employees to the effect that they should be treated on par with regular employees and should be considered for equal pay for equal work. Already some of the organizations are implementing this latest decision of Supreme court.File a civil contempt case against your employers for not implementing the Supreme court decision.Refer the following Judgment:
