Hello All,
I and my husband have been parted since 1 year(living separately).We have applied for a mutual divorce. My lawyers says after 1.5 months of filing petition we can again file another petition to get divorce early like by 3 months. Can the 6 months waiting period be waivered off as he suggests?
And he has charged me 10,000 to file the petition the 1st time to court - does it cost so much?
Total amount charged for the divorce is 25,000 and asks me to pay the entire amount at one go - can I go ahead any pay him?

Ghar ki anban ka koi toh bahar wala phayda uthayega hi. Phir bhi saste mein chhoot rahi ho. Continue with your tirade. Once started can continue for years together. You can expect more demand from your lawyer by the passage of time..

Yes your lawyer is right the 6 months waiting period in divorce by mutual consent can be condoned by the trail Family Court if an application for same is moved by the parties and exceptional circumstances exists for doing so. The latest Supreme Court Judgement is very clearly giving the power to the Family Court judges to take this decision. The Manish Goel vs Rohini Goel case was overruled by this latest decision by the Supreme Court in Amardeep Singh vs Harveen Kaur case on 2017. When unable to justify their stance, some fake experts just adopt the art of accusation. By the way, what justification would the expert like to give for her verbatim copying and pasting of irrelevant lengthy material without any of her personal advice?.
Also, how does the suspension of Mr. jigyasu concern or affect me? I have my own entity and opinions, other experts have their own.

Six Months Waiting period u/s13 B(2) of HMA is not mandatory and can be waived before 6 months itself say 3 months itself the court may in its first motion grant divorce to the Mutual consent Divorce couple.Your lawyer is right.

Her latest post by deletion of her copied & pasted irrelevant advice and subsequent clarification, subseq1uent to pointing out, in itself is a proof of her earlier advice being wrong and misleading advice.
