Dear Sir,
I have written Drug Inspector exam during 2015 and got selected in written exam, but they didnt call me for Interview saying that "your candidature is cancelled due to no experience in Schedule C drugs", but i do have that expereince, without checking properly they have rejected me without even conducting Interview. But later I have filed case at Delhi CAT in 2016 and last week case was won by us (Totally we are around 30 members) and Order was stated that, "UPSC should take us Interview and whoever crosses cuttoff will be appointed and appointments to be done in 2 months.
Now pls advice me on following questions:
1. What will happen if UPSC first appeal to High court before us? Then as per CAT order, 2 months of time will be extended for appointments?
2. If we file a CAVEAT before UPSC appeals, the CAT Order still valid? i.e. appointments to be made within 2 months.?
3. Pls advice what action to be done by me in order to get Interview fast?
Kind Regards,
Ezhilrasi.

Mostly at the admission stage itself high court will decide the appeal don't complicate by filing caveat petition. Just send the order copy to your employer/UPSC which ever is applicable after the time fixed for appointment gets expired send contempt notice and file contempt petition.

Thank you so much for your reply...I completely agree with you...But after 2 years we won the case in CAT and the CAT Delhi has instructed to UPSC to appoint us within 2 months...now we fear that, if we dont make caveat in Highcourt, UPSC will appeal before us in highcourt and if they get stay order means...the case will be holded for long time? we need to join as soon as possible...Pls advice us...? waiting for your reply...

Mostly at Admission stage itself your appeal Prima Facie would be decided./Send the order copy to your employer or UPSc before appointments time expires and if it expires send a contempt notice to them
Your case will be heard on a priority basis in Highcourt and certainly your employers' would loose their case and would appoint you. If not file contempt case under sections 14 and 15 of contempt of court Act.against your employers.

Dear Mam/Sir,
Now CAT order of 2 months is due and still they have not announced our Interview callfare nor appointments...If we call them they are telling we are taking decisions call after some days. They are doing this from last 1 month and we are fed up upon calling UPSC and ministry peoples. So should we file contempt petition at CAT? Pls advice us what to do forward...
