No this will not be allowed by the court as any discussion/conversation taking place between the parties in mediation and conciliatory centre of the court is not part of subject mater of the main case as the purpose of that mediation process to resolve the matter amicably rather using the process as part of the case subject for getting suitable order in ones favour.

No, recording before the Mediation processes whether audio, video are whatsoever even documentary record will not be considered as evidence and such recording itself is unlawful.Mediation is a process where suggestion to settle the case amicably by giving any other leniency. The Mediator may only shall have to recommend the case before the court with marks that the litigating party are interested to settle the matter amicably out of court wherein court thereafter its perusal of the case and alleged petition will settle the case as compromise between the parties. Further, no proceeding will be conducted and the same matter cannot be questioned or seek to file any case.

Actually the complaint is telling that how he done everything and logged a false case on accused basically this is a complete picture of the fraud
