Payment of Court Fee.

I filled a specific performance case in Delhi High Court in 2006 for a property in Delhi and paid Court Fee as per value of the property. The case was transferred to lower court in 2015 consequent to a notification when final arguments were to be heard. The judgment of lower court came in Sept 2016 and came back to High Court with RFA had to pay again second Court Fee. The judgment of single bench came in July 2018. Now my query is if I approach double bench for a review, shall I have to pay court fee third time also or not?
