Non availability of original document

(Querist) 09 November 2018 This query is : Resolved
Respected Sir/Madam

I gave complaint against one person who illegally involved in making of Student Bus Pass to non-student( with complaint I enclosed the application form of bus pass which obtained under RTI) Initialy police rejected my complaint by stating that I'm not victim. Finally i gave complaint to higher ups, police has regd fir u/s 420 468 465 471 ipc. Then police writes letter to college to identify the student in application form, they gave in writing he is not of their college. By this my complaint proved partially. But when police writes to transport dept they replied that they don't have that particular document.

Police said that without original they can't procede the case and they can't send the attested application form and accused handwriting to FSL. Hence they will submit B report to court. I think transport dept has protecting the employee who issued the said bus pass.

Pl guide me what can I do further
