Land dispute case

Hi Sir/Madam
My father bought a land from third party . We have built our home on the land and some of the part of land we have left for our road .
Now , the person from whom we had bought the land has filled title suit on the road area .
What would be the solution for this ?
Please help .

You can use the land as suit is filed and it is yet to be decided. Appoint good advocate and contest the case.
