respected experts my case is that "i have purchased a plot of 25X60 feet in 2016 it was undisputed but after registration of plot some persons came to me and requested to me to sell that plot to them for their community purpose but no consensus made on consideration so i refuse to sell that plot to them. in 2018 when i started construction on that plot two person adversely claim that the plot belongs to them and they had donate the same to mosque, both person separately filed false case against me before Tahsildar but Tahsildar has dismissed both cases"
Now can i file defamation case against them as well as an application under section 340 of CrPC ?
or do i have any other remedy against there malicious proceeding?
kindly suggest me right way so i can teach them a lesson

Dear Sir,
You can file private complaint under Section 499 and 500 of Cr.P.C before Magistrate under Section 200 Cr.P.C. or if Tahasildar is convinceable then you can file application under Section 193 to 198 of IPC read with Section 340 of Cr.P.C for the offence of perjury.

Sir you have remedy to file a civil suit in civil courts for claiming cost compensation and damages and for defamation ,legal and other exps.and also file a criminal case for punishment for filing false cases ,and forgery if any forged documents used by said persons and defamation.good luck

You may claim compensation for damages and move for criminal action u/s 340 Cr PC.
It do not attract Section 499/500 IPC .
