I am 25 yrs old girl, I would like to end all relationships from my family in a legal way. I don't need anything from my parents nor I have any interest in their property. Kindly suggest legal procedure.

Get out of the family and their property and start living separately either independently or married to someone of your liking. Make Will in favor of someone other than any family member of your property and wealth.
No other legal process available.

What are the probable reasons to severe your relations with your mother, father, brother, sister and other relatives ?
What is your share in the inherited property ?

You can make Relinquish Deed to release your rights on property of parents, which an option to end your relations. But think twice before taking any steps which may impact drastically in your and their life.

If you just want to end all the terms with your parents and brothers and sisters ,you keep away from them .For now it is strongly advised not to execute any documents or deeds or publications in news paper. Just wait till the emotional fumes cool down. Give some time for that as that can be done anytime.
Advising you not to take any step in haste would look absurd to you this time, as you are under the influence of some situation that you were not expecting or some happening ripped away the emotional bond between your family and you.
There is no hurry even just keeping away from them and disconnecting every means of communication is enough for now, no one knows how life is going to transform. wait for some time and later you can even denominate them from your transactions, you can make a general publication in the news paper, you can make a will deed and or relinquishment deed.
