Harrassment by icici bank recovery agents

Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I am a holder of a credit card no. 4375516119712002 of ICICI Bank. I was unable to make the payments due to some family health problems. Now I am being harrassed by recovery agents. Inspite of informing that I am facing some medical issues they keep calling me regularly, they also visit my house and call my brother & father. The name of the recovery agents are Ranbir Singh 9878043708 and Parminder Singh 81949 54074.
Please help me .

Sir, I am not in a position to pay anything now as my wife is in the hospital. She has been admitted to the hospital four times in the last two months. I have explained this to the recovery goons but they don't listen.

File a written complain against them at the nearest police station alleging them to deliberately voluntary have and are insulting you in front of my parents and wife by entering your house and threating for dire consequences if I do not give them the money on account of your such banks credit card with an intent to harass you and to provoke. breach of trust.
