i am a 52 years old business man started my business after leaving job not having sound financial back ground running business from indore madhaya pradesh . i distributed (sold) goods to dealers on credit now i am facing sever problem in recovery in most of the cases two years has been ruined now because of shortage( blockage of 50 lacs among different dealers) of money i am unable to run my business properly is there any law available by which we can recover our money in fast manner .due to heavy court fee we can not file recovery cases on every dealer .

You can place the matters before theLegal Service Authority (Adalat) functioning in the local Court.

Legal remedy by way of filing cases against the defaulter for which you need to pay appropriate court fee . as for as appointment of lawyer you can follow as pointed by the learned friend . Mr.Venu

sir from whom we can collect the cheques we collected and whom we could not we filed the recovery case but the time taken is very long and we do not extra money to pump and un our business therefore we are asking about any fast legal process wich can help us to survive us .
