How can we stop illegal party hall uses above my flat.
Please suggest how to get party hall seized forever.

Thanks Sir, I have filed nuisance complaint against that group. Police has told us that we should go to Court and take stay order. Should we take stay order or meet to registrar?
Looking for an advocate assistance who can help us with taking stay order.

First complaint to registrar local,then think for stay......stay order will not issue easily,if they have permit to do so...so first get complaint to the registrar and get copy from them then approach to court.

The police cannot remain a silent spectator on the nuisance created by those people especially if it is disturbing the peace of the neighbors.
However you can approach the local civic body about this nuisance and then approach court with a petition seeking stay order against the conduct of this party hall for dance party etc.

Did you approach municipal authorities Mr. /Ms. Anonymous ?
If not, lodge a complaint followed by a suit under Section 91 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (as amended).
It is advisable to consult a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts/ documents for professional guidance and proceeding.

One more suggestion needed plz,
Secretary has a started false thing about us to all owners after we filed nuisance complaint. which type of action should I take on secretary ?

If the secretary is spreading false information or rumours about you all and if you feel being offended or it is defamatory, you can issue a legal notice to the secretary instructing him to refrain from indulging in such illegal activities or else to face legal consequences through court of law for defamation and other criminal offences.
