Enrolment at state bar council

(Querist) 28 January 2020 This query is : Resolved
I am Subahmanyam ,staying in Hyderabad..After BSc I passed my LLB in the year 1996 from Sambalpur University, orissa. Since 1996 till date I was into the sales jobs and now I want to be a lawyer. I have not enrolled at any Bar Council.
I have gone through some websites and they mentioned that those whoever passed LLB before 2010 need not require to appear all India Bar Examination.
Question 1 Is the information correct that those whoever passed LLB before 2010 need not require to appear all India Bar Examination.
Question 2 What is the procedure to enrol in State Bar Council.
Question 3 Is there any amount I need to pay for Lawyers Welfare fund.
Question 4. What is the Lawyers Welfare fund.

Instead of offering sequence wise reply of your query, I suggest you to kindly go through the site of Bar Council of India and search reply of each and every question you raised. It shall boost your morale otherwise a habit of 'eating cooked food' by some other may develop in you.

1. All law students graduating from the academic year 2009-2010 onwards have to appear the Bar Examination. 2. Every state has a unique process of registration. Once the registration is completed, the candidate has to clear the All India Bar Examination. 3. No. 4. It is for the welfare of advocates.
