Regarding lien of job

Sir , I am currently working in MP electricity company from 2013 as a junior engineer . I am on regular post here and completed my probation . Now I am selected in UPPSC as a lecturer in electrical engineering dept . Now I want to give technical regignatition and want lien for two years. So if I am not suited in that job so I can return to my parent job.
Sir pls guide me .

Did you apply for the post of lecturer through proper channel ? If so, you can be on lien with current job.

sir , this uppsc job is applied before my joining as a JE but at the time of interview I have intimated my company and with proper N.O.C , I have given interview.

You can send formal request to your department if you complete the requirements as per service rules.

Facts posted suggest that you are not employed with Government i.e you are not in public service. You are employed in a public sector undertaking. As such, to my knowledge, there is no scope for technical resignation and keeping lien in the current employment.

As per me, you stated that you are working in MP electricity company. Is it MP electricity company or MPEB? MEB is government board. But the MPEC is a PSU. so state facts.

States are different, joining leaving PSU to Govt. job. If the facility applicable in your PSU, you may try otherwise facility is doubtful.

There must be express provision in the service rules; and then only you can hold the lien.
