he do valid registry for me by land Lord when I am minor means father give money to buy land for me now he wants to return it. It is gifted that not mention.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 30 August 2020
Your father can not revoke the gift. You are owner of the property.

He can not take back the property till you gift or sell the same to him.

Legally the advice is given by the learned expert Mr. Rajendra K. Goyal sir is completely agreed. But just you think, your father purchased the land in your name when you are minor, that means your mother/father might have been guardian with his money. Now he wants it the cause best known to him. So try to convince him by taking the help of your mother to keep the land in your name.

It is immeterial whether gift was in favour of minor or major, son or daughter, it cannot be revoked undet any cicumstaces.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 31 August 2020
I agree with experts gift, on acceptance by donee, is irrevocable.
Donor can not get the gift deed cancelled arbitrarily i.e., without consent of donee.
Whether the gift was accepted by you or some adult on your behalf ?

Now your father cannot revoke the gift.
P. Venu (Expert) 31 August 2020
Is it a gift or that the property was purchased in your name though the payment was made by your father? Why is it that he wants to revoke the 'gift'now?
