Complaint against one dental clinic

Hi Everyone,

I have posted one Google review against dental clinic who ruined my teeth. Then after they started calling to remove the review or they will not fix my teeth. I refused to turn down the review and they have filed complaint against me in police station that I am defaming them. They are removed my review as well from their side which was my fundamental rights.

Please advice.

You need to file a complaint at consumer forum of the district.

Thanks sir, how much time consumer court generally takes to close such cases. And do they charge heavy amount for it?

For Police complaint, you should follow and try to prove medical negligence.

Consumer complaints are filed at nominal expenses.

If you have knowledge and time you can follow up your complaint in consumer forum.

The decision in consumer forum is much faster and cheaper than civil court.

Prove yourself innocent in a criminal complaint and file a suit in consumer forum for the damages you suffered.
