Hello There,
I brought a BDA site last year from an allotee. In the Allotment Letter, the site measurement is given as 9 Sq mt * 10 Sq Mt. How ever, in the Possession Certificate and Sale Deed from BDA to 1st allotee the dimension is provided as 9 Sq Mt * 10 Sq Mt measuring 80 Sq Mt. How do I get this error corrected.
Thank you

From "BDA" which authority did you refer, whether it is Bombay, Bangalore, Baroda, Bahadurgarh, Bikaner, Barmer, Bhubaneshwar or any one else??

Get a rectification deed registered with vendor.

Thank you Sir,
I was referring to Bangalore Development Authority.
Unfortunately, the seller (1st Allotee) will not be able to come and get this rectified. Can I reach out to BDA for getting this error rectified?

The dimensions could not be in sq.mts. Please verify.

All your dimensions are mentioned wrong, please confirm the actual dimensions.
It can be 9 mtrs X 10 mtrs total 90 sq. mtrs. In the possession certificate it is mentioned as 80 Sq. Mtrs. If it was 9 Yards X 10 yards total 90 sq. yards when converted to Sq. mtrs it comes to 75.25 sq. mtrs.
There is some error when possession handed over. Approach the concerned authority for rectification.
If in actual you are given possession of 80 Sqmtrs instead of 90 sqmtrs. Claim balance from the vender / seller if BDA does not agree to give actual mentioned area. Send legal notice followed by court case for recovery of extra money from seller.

First find out the actual available measurements on the site. If you find any difference then approach BDA in writing. But if they hesitate to rectify their mistake then approach the proper court for a direction through a local lawyer.
