Namaskar ji,,
I am a Hindu Jaat married woman in Haryana and I also want the right in my father's ancestral land.
My father has some kilas of ancestral land which he got from great grandfathers.
My Father is Living as of now., any compromise by speaking to my father does not work.
So I have to move legally.
My Question is-
1) Do I have my right in agricultural land ?
2) I have to file a suit for declaration or suit for partition, because my father is still living?
Kaun sa suit maintainable he?
3) I have to file the suit now or after the demise of my father?
Thoda guide kijie.

As a coparcener in your ancestral property you can file a suit for partition, possession and mesne profits through a local prudent lawyer before the District Civil Judge where land is situated.
If you feel so, may contact me with relevant records (on appointment) at Chamber No 647, Lawyer's Chamber Block, Dwarka Courts Complex, Sector 10, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075 Cell # 9891152939 email: majjagdish@yahoo.com

How is that the property is ancestral? If ancestral, you may file a suit for partition. However, it could be counterproductive if the property turns out to be self-acquired.

You stated that the property got from great grandfather. so if you are in 4th generation, you will have the right with other legal heirs and you can file a partition suit.
