Credit card

Hi,

we have be staying out of India since 15 years and recently we have start receiving message regarding credit card due settlement amounting to 3 lacs. it seems the bank has been charging interest and late payment charges since 15 years. can you please advice how to proceed.

Just Ignore it . Time Limit for such claims already exceeded and even if you make a small payment now it would be renewed

If you have not acknowledged the liability in previous 3 years, the debt is time barred.
