How to get the documents from bank in case of fraud loan

Hello..
Someone has taken loan on my Grandmother's Land and When I am going to bank to see all the documents of the Loan, The bank manager is saying that you are not a party of this loan and we cannot share the documents of loan with you.
What should I do to get the documents of the loan?

What is the right approach to get the documents from the Bank?
Please guide me.

You can ask the bank authorities to issue the copy of the loan documents through RTI. If you cannot get proper reply, appeal to the next higher authority of the said bank.

Don't go RTI way. The bank will take shelter of fiduciary elationship and will not provide you any information. Making a complaint with banking ombdusman may be a good alernative if you are loacated at the place where the office of ombdusman is situated. If it isa not so fie a complaint case against the bank officeials this will force the bank to come out with all documents and if really a frud is committed it will give you real relief.

Whether provisions of RTI Act, 2005 are applicable to Bank(s), which is not a public authority ?
