they not ready to remove 1000 litre water tank RCC built in garden
they dictate their terms and if we dont agree they stop talking, enjoy our premises
They have rent receipts since 1940.

Either rely upon what tenant say or proceed as per law, if you want them to get the property vacated.
20% or 80% stake in the property is different issue to getting the demised property vacated and arrears of rent recovered.
Consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts / documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding.

Finding a proper and trustworthy advocate is your look out, no suggestions can be made on that account from this platform.
However since you are entitled to a share in the property, you can issue a legal notice to thew tenant to vacate the premises as you require the same for your own use.
You can mention in your legal notice that you are one of the co-sharer hence you have rights to issue them this eviction notice.
In the meantime you may even plan to file a partition suit to get the proeprty partitioned by metes and bounds and to allot your legitimate share in the property.
